After the hunt enjoy a visit to a mushroom farm to see how Pleurotus and Shiitake grow and then relax and unwind by tasting delicious mushroom recipes while learning about the ecology, seasonality, and traditions that make truffle hunting an art.

The trip also includes a visit in one of the region’s best wineries, where a sommelier will guide you through a selection of the finest wines, including bold reds and crisp whites. Accompany your wine with a selection of cold cuts, after exploring the cellar and getting a glimpse of the area’s ancient history and how it is combined with wine.
